Overview

NEA Electronics’ engineers have access to and are well versed in some of the latest state of the art analytical tools. The vast majority of NEA analysis is performed in-house by our combined engineering teams located in Moorpark, CA and Simsbury, CT. Additionally our analysis teams regularly confer with our Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense counterparts in Simsbury, CT. Our Simsbury analysis teams are leaders in design and analysis for the aerospace and defense industry and were pioneers in the application of computational mechanics analysis.

Typical Analysis

Examples of NEA analysis that are performed in-house include; release device sizing analysis, component linear and non-linear stress and stiffness analysis, torque and force margins analysis, AGMA gear analysis, ball bearing stress analysis, 3D motor magnetic analysis, deployable dynamic simulations, venting analysis and lubrication loss analysis.
